Recently when I try to export a PDF document to Excel or Word, Adobe Acrobat frezzes. I get the screen stopped, and then I have to close the application. I'm working with a computar with Windows 10. I already uninstalled and installed the program but the problem persists. I do not know what's going on, could anyone help?
Thank You Very Much!

Acrobat 9 is very old, and no longer supported. More importantly, if you are running 9.0.0, you don't have any of the updates installed. Try to update to the latest released version (which is 9.5.5), and see if that fixes your problem. It is also possible, that your operating system, or your Windows version got updated when Acrobat stopped to work, and that these installed updates are not compatible with your version of Acrobat anymore.

Hi Diogo Ressurreição,
As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat freezes when trying to export pdf to excel or word, is that correct?
Please try following troubleshooting steps:
1- Reboot the machine once if you haven't already and check if that helps.
2- Check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again.
3- Launch Acrobat as an administrator and try exporting files again- Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista
4- If issue still persists, try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.
Does this happen with this specific pdf file only? Have you tried exporting other pdf files?
Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
